Giulia O’Lorey started baking professionally in 2014, after completing a diploma in patisserie and confectionery in London in 2013. Her first professional kitchen position was for the Dorchester Collection, and from there she has invested her time to work with some of the best pastry chefs in the world.
In 2016, Giulia discovered her love for weddings and celebrations. From there, Cakes in Bloom was born, with the aim to bring her dedication and attention to detail to couples in love looking for that extra touch to build the timeless centrepiece for their special day. She is now the recommended wedding cake maker for several venues in Sussex and beyond.
