Conor and Aaron have been friends since school. Aaron had 7 years experience in pizza kitchens and Conor had a Maths & Finance degree and a major reluctance to work a 9-5 job. After returning from travelling they combined skills and The Dough Shack was born.
The Dough Shack sell Wood-Fired Pizza from converted Shack Vans across Surrey and the outskirts of London. Our dough is made fresh daily, balled and then proofed for 3-4 days before use. Ingredients are high quality and locally sourced combining to make great tasting pizza.
